Noel directs technology for ZoomRank. He has over a decade of experience in enterprise architecture and Web applications development. Prior to founding ZoomRank, Noel developed and delivered Web-based human resources solutions for Fortune 500 clients such as Sprint, Avis, and MGM/Mirage. He was a pioneer in Web-based enterprise applications and commercial open source technology.

Scott manages operations and business development for ZoomRank. He has started and worked with several successful Internet ventures. As an independent consultant, he has helped companies evaluate, select, and implement Web-based talent management applications. His clients include Capital One, ConocoPhillips, Northwestern Mutual, Raytheon, Sprint, and Texans Credit Union.
