ZoomRank is 100% web based and can be accessed with any web browser. No software needs to be installed on your computer.
- How much does ZoomRank cost?

ZoomRank's prices are based on the number of keywords you need to monitor. A ZoomRank "profile" is a unique keyword/URL combination, i.e., "monitor search engine rankings" and "www.zoomrank.com." If you need to monitor the ranking of your web pages for 10 keywords or phrases, for instance, sign up for the Site Owner service level.

- What is a "profile?"

A profile in ZoomRank is a unique keyword/URL combination. For example, if you want to see where the site "www.searchenginewatch.com" ranks on Google, Yahoo, and Bing for the keywords "search engine statistics," you could create a profile in ZoomRank with the keywords "search engine statistics" and a target URL of "www.searenginewatch.com."
Once you've created a profile, you can check rankings on Google, Yahoo, and Bing for that keyword/URL combination in real time (Screenshot). All active profiles will be automatically checked every day and results emailed to you (Screenshot).
- I did a manual search on the Web and found my site in a different position than ZoomRank reported.

The search engines constantly update their databases and therefore results. Your ranking position can change rapidly. Some of the search engines also provide localized and personalized results. Some searches and sites are impacted more than others. ZoomRank's servers are located in Dallas, Texas. Our results are representative of the US and typically do not vary much from other US locations. We will add locations in the future to provide more options for localized results.
- Can I monitor my rankings in different countries and languages?

Yes! When you create a URL/keyword "profile" in ZoomRank, you can choose several country and language combinations. The following are available today, and we'll be adding more in the future:
