Noel directs technology for ZoomRank. He has more than a decade of experience in enterprise architecture and web applications development. Prior to founding ZoomRank, Noel developed and delivered web-based human resources solutions to Fortune 500 enterprises such as Avis, Dupont, MGM/Mirage, and Sprint.
Scott directs the business of ZoomRank. He has launched and built several successful Internet ventures. As an independent consultant, he evaluated, selected, and implemented web-based talent management applications for leading enterprises such as Capital One, ConocoPhillips, Northwestern Mutual, and Waste Management.
